Accommodations:
The interior is in excellent condition and was well thought out in its design
There is an island style berth all the way forward with a very large storage compartment beneath it.
The L-shape galley is immediately to your starboard side as you enter the cabin. It has a Corian counter top, circular stainless steel sink with pressure hot & cold water. There is an Isotherm 12-volt refrigerator under the counter along with a built-in Panasonic microwave oven. Beneath the sink is a pull out drawer and a 2-door cabinet
Across to port is the head. Featuing two mirrors (one about the sink and one on the inside of the door), a circular sink with storage below, two towel bars electric Vacu-Flush head and hot and cold freshwater shower.
There are 4 opening hull ports - three in the salon/galley area and one in the head, as well as an overhead hatch for natural light and ventilation
Good lighting throughout with two bulkhead mounted reading lights. There is a flat screen television as well as a teak & holly cabin sole
Underneath the steps leading into the cabin are where the circuit breakers and battery switches are located. There is a stainless steel grab bar to port for ingress and egress.
The interior is in beautiful condition - the current owner has never slept aboard her.

Deck Equipment:
The deck is very well designed for entertaining. There is ample seating areas in the aft cockpit with two L-shaped seats aft to port and starboard with two aft facing bench seating forward. The port side of the cockpit has a fold-out teak table. There is a walk through to the swim platform, which features a freshwater shower and a folding swim ladder
The helm area is fully enclosed with side and front glass windows and canvas with Isinglass at the aft end - it is fully air conditioned and shows a steering station forward to starboard - across to port is an L-shaped seating area with a teak table. The upper air conditioner is located under this settee along with some storage.
