2022 Custom Premier Docks 16 x 40 Solar Powered Dock

This custom built 16' 3'' x 40' 3'' Covered Dock For Sale on Norris Lake Tennessee is equipped with a 9' 4'' x 26' covered slip and features approximately 205/sqft covered patio with a 144/cuft storage locker that houses an AquaClear water systems water maker and a Superior Solar Sales solar power system. The water maker is equipped with a DAB lake water pump, 3-stage filtration, chlorinator, water softener, and ultra-violet light while the solar system is equipped with (12)365 Watt monocrystalline solar panels, a 6KW hybrid copper transformer inverter with charge controller system, & (3)51.2V LiFePo4 advanced battery packs that provides 50Amp power with a dockside hookup for your boat and plenty of additional power for the water maker and other accessories. This custom dock was built in 2022 by Premier Docks with Perma-Float encapsulated styrofoam flotation under a 2" x 5" galvanized steel frame and a concrete tile flooring system, (3)mooring cleats, (10)post-mounted dock fenders, and (4)attachment points for securing to anchors or a mooring line. This single slip covered dock with solar power and water can remain at it's current mooring location inside a commercial marina harbor, or can be relocated to a marina of your preference (subject to availability), or repurposed as a private dock at your lakefront property with the appropriate 26a TVA Dock Permit and adding a gangway for shoreline access.
