Sail Place has been selling sailing craft since 1959 and has been owned and operated by the Fulbright family since 1972. We are the oldest Catalina Dealer in the country and offer new & used Catalina Yachts from both our locations on the east and west coast of Lake Michigan.
At our Michigan office, we offer the performance, style and inovations from Beneteau Cruising & Racing Yachts.
We are pleased to bring back to Lake Michigan sailor's the "cutting edge" designs from Sabre Yachts of South Casco, Maine.
Our brokerage boats are quality hand picked listings or trade ins, many of which we delivered when new and know the boats history and owner's. Let us show you how enjoyable your new or used sailboat purchase should be.
We also work closely with Seller's to broker or trade their current sailboat, so a move on to the next boat purchase can be an easy transition.
We have two locations serving the Western Great Lakes Region. We have been called upon to commission deliveries as far away as central Colorado, Western Lake Superior, Northern Lake Huron as well as mid America Lakes in Kansas, Iowa and Nebraska.
Our primary delivery area for new models is Lake Michigan:
with offices in Cedar Springs, Michigan and Waukegan, Illinois.
