Bass Tracker: The first Bass Tracker was created and sold in 1978 by Johnny Morris, who is also the founder of Bass Pro Shops. It was the industry's first professionally rigged boat, motor and trailer package, fully accessorized and ready to fish at a price that astounded fisherman. The Bass tracker package revolutionized the marine industry.

Tracker boats opened it's first manufacturing plant in Lebanon, Missouri in 1982 to produce nothing but Tracker fishing boats. Six years later, Tracker opened it's custom trailer manufacturing plant in Ozark, Missouri to produce a factory matched, custom fit trailer coordinated to the size and color of the boat it will carry.

In 2008 Tracker celebrated it's 30 year anniversary of being the top aluminum fishing boat builder. Today, Tracker still continues to carry out it's original mission which is to build the best fishing boat value possible with no compromises or shortcuts and absolutely no excuses.

Tracker is backed by the strength of Bass Pro Shops and every location features a huge Tracker boat showroom. There are more than 50 Bass Pro Shop locations throughout the United States and hundreds of independent Tracker dealers to ensure that no matter where you are there is a Tracker dealer close by and ready to serve your needs.
