This is as close to a MUST SEE example of Beneteau's popular Swift Trawler 44 as you'll find on the market today. DREAM is a one-owner boat sold new by St. Barts Yachts to a dedicated yachting couple who, from the get-go, have given her the kind of first-rate care that anyone would be proud to call their own. Nothing has ever been "let go" in the way of maintenance, with comprehensive spread sheets documenting every expenditure from the moment her current owners took possession. Improvements include: a custom-built removable stairway to the flybridge; a custom-built draining line locker under the stairway; a SteadiPlank boarding ramp with dual mounts and removable handrail; a canister-mounted Viking 6-person offshore life raft; a galvanic isolator; a Seagull drinking water filtration system; Beneteau factory cleats added to the swim platform; an ULTRA polished stainless steel anchor and swivel; and a NEMA2000 Volvo EVC adapter to Raymarine electronics installed by Volvo. DREAM's Raymarine navigation array is updated to the latest version of LightHouse II software and includes an AIS650 Class B transceiver, 4 kW HD radar, a 12-inch lower helm station multi-function display e127 and a 9-inch upper station e95. There's also a Raymarine stern backup camera; Sirius Marine Weather; and a Tracvision 2HD DirecTV satellite dish, along with 2 DirecTV HD receivers. The galley is all electric, with both a 3-burner cooktop and a built-in convection microwave oven, and two refrigeration units. Interior leather seating looks showroom new, as does the salon, wheelhouse and cabin carpeting, which the owners took care to store ashore -- along with a factory-fresh polished wood high/low table for the salon. DREAM has been professionally buffed and waxed twice each year, and professionally detailed twice monthly. The bottom is diver cleaned monthly, and the last annual haulout was performed in October 2016 and included a barrier coat and fresh Micron Ultra anti-fouling paint.
