AccommodationsThe layout of the Crealock 34 is that of a traditional offshore cruiser. Starting forward she features a master cabin with a large V-berth that can be converted to a double berth with insert in place. There are lockers underneath the berth, full length storage shelves outboard on both sides, and a double hanging locker aft to starboard. Opposite to port is the head compartment with storage lockers above and outboard and below the sink. The shower pan is molded in and covered with a teak grate. There is a teak framed mirror and a towel rack.
Next aft is the traditional, spacious main salon. There are port and starboard straight settees. The port settee converts to a double berth with a pull out. There's storage behind the seat back. Above and outboard of both settees there are teak storage lockers and bookshelves with removable fiddles to keep your ship's log and library in place. The main salon is finished with a bulkhead mounted table to port that folds up against the bulkhead and out of the way. The bulkheads are of solid teak and the cabin sole is teak. Following aft to starboard is the navigator's station that features a large, forward facing chart table. The chart table top opens to a substantial desk storage space for charts and navigator's tools. The master electrical panel is located here and is hinged for easy access to wiring. Beneath the chart table is a wet locker.
The secure U-shaped galley is port aft, and the quarter berth is directly aft of the nav. station and it's forward end servers as the seat for the navigator. There's excellent ventilation with 10 SS opening ports and 2 hatches - one in the forward cabin and one centered in the main salon as well as the large companionway hatch.

GalleyThe U-shaped galley is very efficient, making cooking simple and secure. There is plenty of storage, and drawers and lockers are easily accessible for items used daily, plus there are deep bins for long term storage. She has enough counter preparation area to suit even the most finicky seagoing chef. There is a removable trash bin built into the counter top.

Deck and HullUnderbody for a serious cruising boat, with a moderate fin keel, a well cut-away forefoot that makes tacking and handling in tight quarters child's play, and a large, well-reinforced skeg that will give excellent directional stability and keep the rudder from stalling at extreme angles, and help support the rudder besides. A notable detail is the rudder is elevated a couple of inches above the skeg so that in case of grounding, the rudder won't be damaged.
The canoe stern is not only elegant, but a proven offshore design that provides necessary reserve buoyancy without excessive stern area to following seas.
The hull and deck are hand laminated. The first hull laminate uses vinylester resin for superior blister resistance. Her full skeg mounted rudder is supported by a high strength manganese bronze gudgeon. Primary bulkheads are bonded into hull and deck and then thru bolted in place. Her ballast is a solid lead casting which is bolted to the keel using stainless steel bolts.
This proven offshore cruiser provides good balance that ultimately provides safety and comfort for her crew. Unobstructed decks, high bulwarks, high lifelines & stanchions provide for sure footing and safety in all weather conditions. The high backed cockpit coamings, deep well and bridge deck make secure seating, and the curved cockpit coaming corners make leaning back on a heel extremely comfortable.
