Vessel Walkthrough
The interior is gorgeous with its rich teak wood accented by window treatment, carpet and designer fabrics. It was totally redone in 2008 and the stateroom carpets are new in 2014. It also has more storage space than any other boat this size.
Guest VIP stateroom. Located forward with center-line queen berth and generous drawer and locker storage. Guest stateroom ensuite head to starboard with full stall shower, vanity, sink and VacuFlush toilet.
Engine room and Laundry area. Aft of the VIP stateroom is access to the engine room and a spacious Landry area is located to port. It has a separate washer and dryer, counter top and cabinet storage above the counter top.
Galley/Saloon area. Continuing aft you go up 4 steps to the Saloon with a large L-shaped settee with a beautiful teak table to starboard and spacious and well equipped galley to port.
Port guest stateroom. Continuing aft you go down 4 stairs to a mid guest stateroom to port with a settee which slides out to form a double birth. This stateroom also has an ensuite head with vanity, sink, VacuFlush toilet and full shower stall.
Master stateroom. Continuing aft you are greeted with a full beam Master stateroom with a centerline queen berth Positioned against the forward mirrored bulkhead. There is a built-in triple dresser to starboard, starboard aft corner settee aft and 2 large hanging lockers to port. Aft and to port is the master stateroom head with vanity, sink, VacuFlush toilet and spacious shower stall.
Extended Aft Deck. Going up 4 stairs to the enclosed Aft Deck which is carpeted and is a very comfortable salon area with an entertainment area, wet bar, ice maker, TV, 2 comfortable chairs, settee, coffee table and end table between the chairs. It has an aft 6' sliding glass door that leads to the extended hard top Aft Deck which is enclosed with plastic Lexan panels. It has 2 chairs, settee and tables. (When you open the sliding glass doors the salon and extended Aft Deck make an excellent guest entertainment area.)
Transom door and ladder. There is a port transom door and ladder that leads to the teak swim platform.
Engines
- 2 1987 Detroit diesel engines. 6V92 turbo charged after coolers with Covington conversion, 550 hp(525 shaft hp).
- Direct drive with 30x 30 4 blade props with foul resistant coating.
- Port engine. 4000 hours
- Both engines and generator had their oil and filters changed this month. Engine Racors were also cleaned and serviced.
- Starboard engine. 75 hours. Note: engine rebuilt in 2011 including new heads. Rebuilt again in 2013 because while cruising a plastic bag got sucked into the through hull and shut off cooling water. Insurance company investigated and paid for the rebuild. This included new rods, oil pump and pressure regulators.
- Engine and boat maintenance. Owner was meticulous in assuring vessel was well maintained and has full documentation of service, equipment, electrical, plumbing and flybridge schematics.
- Morse engine controls.
- Halon fire control system. 2 extinguishers, 1 with manual release from the salon.Fresh water cooling system.
Raycor fuel filters with vacuum gauges. - Engine fuel shut off valve.
- Walker Air-Steps and crankcase ventilation.
- Engine hoses and fuel lines maintenance/ replacement program.
- Lube oil change and transfer system.(5 way with reverse pump).
