ConstructionThe yard of Henri Wauquiez has been turning out high quality yachts for years, using the most up to date technology available at the time.
These yachts are built "old school" with a series of ribs and stringers which render a hull stiff, strong and light for its size. This is the way many custom boat builders lay up their hulls allowing for varied layouts in the interior.
This means there is no weight penalty which is often the result of the "pan" or grid type of construction. All bulkheads and furniture are fully glassed into the hull making the yacht stiff and strong without adding additional weight.
The keel is mast stepped for greater security and strength.
Every yacht coming out of the Wauquiez yard proudly demonstrates the signature of the workers who built it and which is a testimony to their dedication to the yard and pride in its high level of workmanship.
