VESSEL WALK-THROUGH
BEGINNING FORWARD:
The FORWARD GUEST CABIN has a large, full width queen v-berth with storage space all around. There is a full length double hanging locker to starboard and bureau-lockers to port. Additional storage is provide by pull-out drawers under the berth. The forward head with shower, cold/hot pressure water, freshwater foot pump and a household size toilet is accessible from the forward cabin as well as the main salon. There is a door to the forward cabin for complete privacy.
MAIN SALON: Next aft is a well-ventilated, airy main salon with (L-shaped) settees port and starboard and a large drop-leaf table seating six. Table can be opened to serve the Port or Strbd settee separately. Both settees convert into single berths. Aft to starboard is a U-shaped galley with lockers and shelves. To port of the galley is a large navigation area (chart table with seat). Companionway steps lead up directly to the cockpit beside the Galley.
The interior finish is very attractive varnished teak, offset by the light headliners and under decks as well as the cozy green/blue upholstery Special attention has been given to illumination. Separate brass halogen lamps all over the boat add to the friendly, bright and inviting atmosphere. All faucets have been exchanged for high quality armatures. There is good headroom even for tall persons (over 6') everywhere down below
MASTER STATEROOM: The owner's aft stateroom is accessible through the port passageway. Along the passageway is a large Counter/workbench with a lot of storage space in several closed lockers, and shelves. The aft stateroom has a centerline queen berth with convenient access from both sides. Storage includes a large hanging locker, large bureaus and custom made bookshelves and more lockers all around the bed. The owner's head has a separate stall shower with seat, pressure hot/cold water, freshwater foot pump and a household size toilet. There are opening ports on 3 sides and an overhead hatch
All four aluminum deck hatches and sixteen aluminum ports can be opened - a must in the tropics.

Hull & DeckVessel has white topsides offset with awnings, Bimini and spray hood, all in green canvas as well as green bottom paint. The deck is covered with light grey Treadmaster for extra safety (never slippery) and comfort (high percentage of cork - does not get too hot to walk on). She is equipped with a solid custom-made Bimini/dodger (aluminum frames with acrylic glass). The aluminum Bimini-framework is also heavily constructed and can serve other purposes (e.g. mounting of solar panels).
Mounted on the stern is a teak and S.S. swim platform w/ladder. The bowsprit has a roller to port and a pivoting roller to starboard, the latter especially designed for the 70 lb. Buegel anchor that is used with 150' of S.S. chain (10 mm) handled by an electric windlass.

Other features and CommentsThe cockpit is large enough to sleep one person on each side or to invite a whole party of fellow boaters for a sundowner. High Bulwarks with teak cap rail enclose the deck for safety. A custom storage box has been installed aft to allow for storage of lines, and other on-deck gear. Mast is fitted with mast steps to top of mast.
This is a Proven BLUE WATER vessel. She has had 2 Atlantic crossings with prior owners, as well as cruising the Baltic and North Sea. She has also cruised the entire eastern coast of North America, as well as the Bay of Biscay, and Western African coast. Her current owners have cruised extensively throughout the Caribbean.
Due to her moderate long keel, and skeg hung rudder, She is a comfortable vessel and tracks well in a seaway. This is an ideal vessel for any person interested in an easy to handle cruiser, with great storage and systems for living aboard.
