The 40 Egg Harbor Motoryacht was one of the last of the classic flushdeck motoryacht designs built by a major U.S. manufacturer. A practical and straightforward cruising yacht, her spacious 2 stateroom interior layout is centered around a salon that seems larger than it's dimensions might suggest. An enormous U-shaped galley is down from the salon level to port. Forward of the head is the day/guest head and in the bow is the guest stateroom with vee berths and lots of storage. There is a built in stackable washer/dryer aboard and the aft Master features a walkaround queen, a full walk size hanging locker, built in drawer storage and a spacious head with stall shower.  Topsides, the fully covered aftdeck  is large enough for entertaining a large party, the aftdeck helm station featured a center line helm, good storage, chart area and built in selectronics storage overhead.  There are wing doors to wide side decks and a ladder from the aft deck accesses the flybridge and the bridge station is centerline with helm seat and companion bench seats to port and starboard.  The bow foredeck features a molded in seat forward of the salon forward windshields.

 A handsome and sleek side profile makes her modern looking but with a classic flushdeck motoryacht style.  

BROKER COMMENTS:

This boat needs some TLC , clean-up and interior updating but represents a great value for the person looking for an inexpensive liveaboard 2 stateroom/2 head diesel powered, who can clean her up and make needed updates/upgrades. Naiad Stabilized motoryacht with a great aft deck for entertaining and should be seen by anyone looking in this price range who has the ability to do those improvements and end up with a great handsome flushdeck motoryacht.
