Condition
Interior spaces show well, and there were no diesel odors or areas of concern.
It has very light wear, and it's quickly evident that it has been seller maintained for a state of clean comfort and trouble-free operation.
The bottom is professionally cleaned by the seller and was painted with a semi-ablative long-lasting coating two years ago. Zincs are current.
The sellers report that it's ready to cruise and that all electrical and mechanical systems are operational with the one exception of the autopilot head on the flybridge.
The engines are reported in full operational condition, and the seller says he could leave the dock immediately for an extended voyage. He was informed when he purchased the boat that it had been repowered but the actual year of the engine hasn't been verified at this time. The windlass needs to be reconditioned. The wench for the dinghy hoist needs to be replaced. The aft deck leading up to the flybridge has a little give. Essentially, I am referring to the roof of the salon. That top has a balsa core and was wet when the seller bought the boat from the prior owner. He has done some work to it and essentially dried everything out. There is no moisture intrusion now. However, a survey or would pick up on the "give" and the owner just wants to disclose that
