Thoughtful Design. First in its class to offer a flybridge model, the new Avalon FB includes a spacious cockpit and sun lounge for entertaining during the day, a deck level salon, dinnette and galley for an intimate dinner with friends, or just the two of you for the night - this is the Avalon Flybridge. You will find no bulky engine boxes, awkward stairs or narrow companion ways as you walk from the extended swim platform, through the expansive cockpit, and into to the spacious salon. You will appreciate 360 degrees of visibility from every seat along the way. The flybridge allows a bird’s eye view from the Regatta spectator fleet and for maneuvering into the dock. The interior décor speaks to the highest standards. Innovative comfort features/options including power windows, single lever engine control and an enormous sun lounge will heighten your enjoyment. A multi-speaker digital entertainment system will make any entertainment opportunity an occasion.
Spirited performance. The Avalon line sets the precedence for a smooth ride. A knife like entry through the water, a soft chine mid section and a beamy, hard-chine stern ensure optimal performance in a head sea, down hill and at anchor. Exhilarating speeds will whisk you away for the weekend. A fully insulated hull and engine room provide a quiet, tranquil experience while aboard. Rarely do you find a craft that so successfully combines performance, comfort and luxury.
Advanced construction and materials. The Avalon line is built similar to a high tech racing yacht where the construction process and materials used add strength and save weight throughout the vessel. E glass, Vinylester and epoxy resins over Corecell linear foam are used to provide a very strong, but lightweight hull and deck. The hull and deck are joined with Plexus methacrylate adhesive. All bulkheads and fixed furniture are structurally bonded to the hull and deck for superior strength and rigidity. Diesel engines with direct shaft driven propellers are added. Large capacity fuel, water and waste tank are installed. Generously proportioned berths and plenty of storage are built in. Together these features have created a vessel ideally suited for the offshore environment and extended cruising.
An Experienced Builder. Built in Australia by Mark Richards of America’s Cup fame, the Avalon is the result of fine craftsmanship, thoughtful design and advanced construction technology. The original factory has been replace a new 100,000 square foot facility enabling all stages of production to be completed under one roof. State-of-the-art tooling ensures precise construction. Highly skilled craftsmen labor over each detail for a flawless finish. The result is a fit and finish second to none, and durability to last a lifetime.
Value. Superior quality and finish, limited production, a long list of standard features and favorable Australian boat building costs and exchange rate. These is just the beginning of what ensure the value of the Avalon line, however our customers will tell you that value has little to do with their enjoyment.
Available in an express-hardtop or flybridge configuration, this truly unique yacht combines exquisite luxury, spacious living areas and awe-inspiring performance.
