| ACCOMODATIONS |
| Accommodations: This is a two stateroom model. The VIP stateroom is forward and has a modified queen berth, ensuite head and shower; lots of storage, cedar lined hanging lockers, air conditioning and entertainment center. The master stateroom is amid ship, under the pilot house. The birth is offset and a full walk-around modified king. The master head has granite counters and decks, full shower stall with tub and excellent lighting throughout. There are cedar lined hanging lockers, deep drawers and extra storage. The entertainment center has a 34" plasma and stereo surround sound. It is state of the art. The vessel is all solid American cherry wood with birds eye maple trim and accents, beautifully finished. |
| PILOTHOUSE |
| Pilot House: This is the yachts control center. Electrical switches, all controls and gauges are located in a state-of-the-art setting, tastefully done. A full compliment of electronics include, Radar, Autopilot, two Furuno GPS Plotting screens, stabilizers, blow thruster, full gauge package, electronic engine monitoring system and gen set controls. It has large I-shaped seating for five and access to the fly bridge. There is a 36? LCD TV monitor mounted on the bulkhead. The seating is covered in supple leather. There is access to the foredeck through custom pantograph door. |
| SALON |
Salon: Accessed from the spacious aft deck through stainless steel sliding doors, the salon is open and beautiful with natural light. The sofa is lined in leather with a cherry high low table. Portside is the 42” plasma TV that retracts into the counter. Full surround sound makes the salon a theater on the water. Fully carpeted and Hunter Douglas electric blinds with custom lighting add to the salon. Elegant and comfortable.

Fly bridge: Full control station in console port side, access door and companion way from Pilot House, stainless steel door with dogs, built in double seat at station with refrigerator, radar arch and Bimini, in white vinyl canvas, wet bar with sink and hot and cold water, electric barbeque grill, caribe 11 feet tender with 30 HP Honda 4 stroke, Brower hydraulic lift and rotation, 1500lb Davit, custom lighting and speakers in arch.

| GALLEY FEATURES |
| Galley: The galley is next to the salon and has granite counter tops; two sub-zero refrigerators, Kenyon three burner electric cook-top, GE convection microwave oven in cherry cabinets, Braun trash compacter and American standard fixtures. The sole is cherry and maple. |
| DECK |
Deck: Teak cockpit, side decks and swim step, stainless steel deck hardware stanchions and rails, ice maker in cockpit control console, Satellite phone system on arch, Direct TV system, underwater lights, Maxwell 2200lb windlass, with remote stations, anchor with roller and ample chains, seating on the foredeck with storage boxes.
