Anti-fouling bottom paint 8/2009. Great mechanicals, bottom is sound and just anti-fouling painted, structurally strong, just needs some cosmetic TLC, nothing major. If you are not interested in doing some cosmetic work, wet sand, buff, wax, companionway door wood trim refinish, interior upholstry, rust on screw heads, etc., then this is not the boat for you. But if you want a solid boat with newer Yanmar power, make an offer. Should survey well.
