This boat is in excellent
condition, fresh water only, and kept in heated storage six months of the
year. This vessel has a conventional motor yacht
layout with a guest double forward and a guest stateroom with upper and
lower berths to port. These staterooms share a common head to starboard and
are forward and one step down from the "U-shape" dinette
(starboard) and galley (port). The main salon is amidship and two steps
down from the aft deck. The master stateroom is aft and includes a private
head and shower. The forward guest stateroom has a centerline double berth
that provides limited walk-around. Suitable storage and hanging lockers are
provided, as is access to the guest head. The guest head includes a shower
and vanity as well as an independent Vacu-Flush head system. The second
guest stateroom is forward and to port. There is an upper and lower berth
and hanging locker. The entertainment center includes a TV, VCR, and dual
head cassette deck. The U-shaped dinette is on the same level as the galley
and to starboard. It converts to a double berth.
