Brokers Remarks: This is the one for you. Plenty of upgrades from granite counter tops, to new kitchen counter tops, white wrap around cabinets, new cook top, oven, microwave and side by side refrigerator, whirlpool deluxe dishwasher. Only 420 hours on starboard engine and a new reman engine on the port side. All new bow cushions, new sun cover, new tender cover, all new enclosure panels, new Biminis top, and new premium bottom job done in June of 08 and new Fortress anchor. Both generators were rebuilt in 2003 and all the Electronics were upgraded in 2004. New 40 hp outboard engine installed in 2005. New carpet installed in 2003. New TV’s and satellite system and receivers. Custom built liquor cabinet was installed in the salon area. All the heads were updated to vacu-flush type.
