QUINTESSENCE was bought by the present owners in January 2008 and has benefited from a $70,000 refit as part of the preparation to complete a circumnavigation planned by the new owners.
Due to a change in personal circumstances the current owners are now unable to continue with their plans and are reluctantly offering QUINTESSENCE for sale.
This boat is in excellent condition and all major systems have been replaced, reconditioned or upgraded as part of the 2008 refit.
All bills and invoices can be made available to any prospective purchaser to confirm the thoroughness of the preparation and the extent of the investment in QUINTESSENCE.
A very thorough survey of the vessel was commissioned by the owners in December 2007 and the owners have addressed all of the significant recommendations and suggestions made in this survey.
These were completed to the highest professional standards by well known and highly regarded Marine Professionals in Florida and the Caribbean (details available upon request).

The new owner will not have to provide so much as a single screwdriver in order to tackle any job on board.
Another often overlooked but very major expense in acquiring a new yacht is the necessity to carry a wide range of spare parts.
The owners have already outfitted QUINTESSENCE with a very extensive selection of spare parts for all of the major boat systems.
These range from the routine spares like fuel/oil filters, belts, hull/heat exchanger zincs to much more expensive critical spares including spare Starter Motor, Alternator, Freshwater pump and fuel pump for the main engine and a two year supply of replacement filters/cartridges for both the 12vDC and 110vAC Watermakers.
