This 48' Chris Craft Catalina has been kept in fresh water most of its life. It recently moved to Florida, where during the Summer months, it is dry docked under a covered hangar on a fresh water lake, where its engines are purged of fresh water prior to being stored. The exterior of this boat is in excellent shape, having been spared of the sun damage that you see in most older Florida boats.

With the large cockpit extension, this boat is docked with ease. Being that the aft cabin is extremely roomy and is equipped with plenty of storage, and that this Catalina is very clean and tidy throughout, she makes for a very nice live aboard.

The Catapillar engines have just been serviced. The eisenglass enclosure is like new with no sun damage. This is a boater's dream - turn key and ready to cruise!
