| This a strong, seaworthy steel fishing trawler of a proven design built in Holland and used throughout the North Sea and North Atlantic. It has a high whaleback bow with lots of flare for excellent handling in large waves. It has relatively more draft than some of its similar near sisterships which contributes to additional internal volume and stability. Its powerful, slow turning high torque 1800 hp Deutz diesel will power it through any sea conditions and enables it to pull tremendous loads. There is a walk-around deck outboard of the superstructure and an aft deck cockpit which many of its near sisterships do not have. This is a very positive feature combined with its additional aft pilotouse deck above. Like its near sisterships this is a perfectly suited candidate for either continuing in commercial fishing or as a rescue or standby vessel or with some minor adaptation into a Expedition/Exp lorer/Research vessel. This vessel would also easilly convert to a luxury Expedition Yacht or luxury Trawler. This vessel has no restrictions on its use and can be used for commercial, fishing or private yacht use. It is an excellent value. |
