This Hood designed Franz Maas (Holland) built sailing yacht was custom built for a very experienced American sailor as an ocean racing/cruising sailboat. She is a serious sailing boat and shoal draft with her centerboard.
Beginning in 2006 and ending the first half of 2007 the vessel was hauled and underwent a thorough refit and refurbishing. The entire vessel was rewired to ABYC Standards. New heads, tanks cleaned, and all new plumbing installed. Portions of the interior partitions and cabinetry were rebuilt. Beautiful European hardware throughout the vessel. Hull, deck and spars Awlgripped.
Mast, boom, spinnaker pole, whisker pole were pulled, inspected and reconditioned including new sheaves and pins and Awlgripped. All running rigging new. Two new Antal and Barient electric S.T. primary winches in cockpit. All winches serviced in 2007.
All new navigation and electronic equipment.
Her accommodations include 4 staterooms, 3 heads, a spacious interior, great galley. Would be ideal for family circum-navigation or extending cruising. Excellent charter potential.

Accommodations
Starting in the forepeak is sail storage and a workshop complete with workbench with vise. Moving aft into the guest head complete with shower. Next are two guest staterooms port and starboard. Both staterooms have larger lower and upper bunks. Each stateroom has two overhead hatches with ample storage and ventilation. Next aft on the starboard side is the main salon which features a large U shaped settee around a salon table and a small settee for two which completes the seating for eight around the salon table. Port side in the main salon is a new wide open galley complete with granite counters, new cabinets, great storage all new appliances excellent lighting and fine ventilation. Further aft of the galley on the port side is the navigation station. Also aft of the dinette in the main salon is a head equipped with a shower. This could be used as a day head. (All heads are equipped with new VacuFlush heads). Aft of the day head is a double stateroom with a double berth, good storage, and good privacy. Aft of the navigation station on the port side is the master head and shower, and the entrance into the master stateroom which has two generous single berths and large hanging lockers and drawer space.
The interior of this vessel was completely refurbished and refitted in 2007. Custom wood liner in overhead in main salon.

Galley is located on the port side in the main salon with overhead cabinetry, all new appliances, a full length granite counter with a double stainless steel sink.
