SHIPBOARD AMENITIES:
LAYOUT:

This 35 Armstrong commercial type catamaran is set up for fishing and dive charters. The engines are mounted under the cockpit deck. The helm is located in the cabin forward to starboard and is equipped with a blue Bentley's swivel captains chair. Galley is located on the starboard side aft. The dinette is on the port side and converts to a single berth. The forward cabin is equipped with a double berth.



HEAD:

The vessel is equipped with one head located on the port side aft and contains a Jabsco manual toilet and a shower.



GALLEY AND COOKING SYSTEMS:

The galley is located aft on the starboard side and is equipped with the following:

Sink: Stainless steel

Refrigerator: Norcold AC/DC portable refrigerator.

Stove: Wallas two burner electric surface unit

Microwave: None



AIR CONDITIONER AND VENTILATION:

The system consists of two Air units one Flagship Marine with digital controls with mounted in the wheel house. The second unit is an overhead RV type. The sea water pump is located in the generator room. The strainer is bronze and the sea cock is Marlon. The cabin is also ventilated by opening windows port and starboard and an opening hatch on the foredeck. A solar vent is mounted on the cabin top in the head.



ACCESSORIES:

The interior is finished The cockpit is equipped with a fish box , bait well, and nine rod holders mounted in the cockpit. The hull is equipped with six Imtra Marine underwater lights, three on each hull.

HULL COMPOSITION AND STRUCTURE:
The catamaran hull construction is aluminum with a 24?? water tight oval deck hatch in each hull accessing the forward compartments in each hull. The decks are aluminum with painted on nonskid finish. Superstructure is unpainted aluminum finish. The exterior finish is in good condition. The cabin interior appears clean bulkheads are aluminum. The bow rails are 11/2? welded aluminum tubing.



Below Waterline:

The bottom was inspected out of the water at Snug Harbor Marine for new blue antifouling bottom paint on 10-29-2009. The hull was sounded and inspected for signs of damage or pitting none was found. The thru hulls are aluminum with bronze strainers and schedule 40 PVC valves. For the main engines and Marlon valves for the air conditioner, generator, and seawater wash down.

ENGINES AND MACHINERY
The engines are fresh water cooled are equipped with ZF Micro Commander Electronic engine controls and gauges for, engine temperature, oil pressure, volts, tachometers, and fuel level and engine alarms for low engine oil pressure and high temperature. The steering is Sea Star hydraulic with a stainless steel steering wheel. A second steering station is located in the cockpit on the starboard side with steering engine controls and engine shut downs. The fuel lines are USCG approved type A-1 and the system appears to be in compliance with standards. The ventilation system consists of induction / exhaust vents on port and starboard sides of the hull.

The engine mounts are welded to the hull and are adjustable. The exhaust system is rubber hose to fiberglass muffler and out the side of the hull aft with deflectors and rubber flaps. The engines were reported to have been changed from gas outboards to inboard diesels with stern drives after the vessel was completed by the factory. The installation appears to have been done to standards.

The generator is mounted in a compartment forward of the port engine room. The generator is equipped with a breaker on the unit and controls on the generator and on the panel in the salon. The generator exhaust system is rubber hose to a fiber glass muffler with exhaust exciting on port side of the hull.
ELECTRICAL SYSTEMS:
The DC system is 12 volts and consists of three 12 volt marine batteries for engines, Generator and house. The DC system is protected by individual system breakers on the panel at the helm. The system is charged by engine driven alternators or by a freedom 2500 inverter when connected to shore power and is in compliance with ABYC standards. The system is also equipped with four 6 volt batteries for the Xantrex Inverter. (The batteries for the generator and engines are not covered and are connected with wing nuts)



The AC system 120 volts and consists of one 30 amp 125 volt shore power cable with connections on the starboard side. The system is equipped with a volt meter, amp meter, and reversed polarity indicator, and is protected by individual breakers on the panel in the cabin. GFIC outlets are present in areas that are susceptible of becoming wet. The Xantrex 2500 Inverter is equipped with a control panel in the cabin. (The shore power/generator selector panel is missing mounting screws and the breaker panel is not labeled for the presence of the inverter in the system.)



TANKAGE:
Fuel System:



The fuel system consists of two 150 gallon aluminum tanks located under the deck totaling with deck fills and vent on the port and starboard sides. The filters are Racor 500 on each engine and a Racor 500 for the generator. The tanks are equipped with closure valves. The tanks were inspected visually only no indications of leakage were noted. Fuel lines are USCG approved and in compliance with ABYC standards



Water System:



The water system consists of one 60 gal plastic tank located starboard hull with a deck fill and vent located starboard side labeled ?WATER?. The system is pressurized with a 12 volt Surflo pump. The stainless steel Marine water heater is 6 gal. 110 Volt. Only heat exchanger not connected.



Sanitation System:



The system consists of one manual Jabsco toilet with a 30 gal plastic holding tank located in the port hull that is emptied through a deck service fitting located on the port side labeled ?WASTE? or the tank also can be emptied with a 12 volt Macerator pump when offshore. This is an approved Type III MSD only with the overboard discharge switch secured in the off position.

No fixed system was mounted in the engine room.

The hand held extinguishers do not have current inspection dates and tag?s.

No operational smoke detector was mounted in the galley.

GROUND TACKLE:

The primary anchor is a 22lb Sea Hook mounted in the pulpit and attached to 15? of 5/16? chain and 200? of 3/4 ? rope. The vessel is not equipped with an anchor windless.

DECK HARDWARE:

The mooring cleats are 10? aluminum and are sufficient for the vessel.
