Dynasty has a full Euro Transom with port and starboard teak stairways from the swim platform to the cockpit/aft deck. This large open aft deck is protected by the overhead bridge deck overhang and has a large cushioned settee, two over-size armchairs and ottoman plus a custom dining table for eight.

Enter the salon from the aft deck via a stainless steel framed sliding door. The salon boasts a huge comfortable leather settee, entertainment center, built in wine coolers and panoramic views provided by ten picture windows. There is an interior stairway amidships to port, providing convenient access to the flying bridge. Just forward of the stairway, also to port, is a mechanical door for quick side access to the walk-around teak deck.

Forward of the salon is a day head and dining area to port. The large u-shaped galley with full size appliances, expansive counter space and abundant storage is to starboard. Continuing forward is the centerline helm console with excellent visibility and navigational equipment and companionway to the forward staterooms.

Three spacious staterooms have king island berths and are comparable to master staterooms on much larger yachts. One of the staterooms is aft and full beam, accessed by a private stairway from the rear of the salon. All are equipped with state of the art entertainment systems, flat panel TVs, Blue Ray/HD-DVD players and individual climate controls. All have ensuite heads; two have bidets and Jacuzzi tubs and the third has a large shower. The fourth stateroom has upper and lower bunk beds and adjacent head with laundry area and located immediately forward of the engine room. This cabin is ideal for crew or a fourth guest cabin. Crew quarters with head and shower and private access is forward below the main deck.

The huge flybridge has a bimini top and full enclosure covering the upper helm and a large entertainment area with two built-in settees and table, full wet bar with refrigerator/icemaker and a large BBQ grill. The open deck space beyond the bimini has generous seating for relaxing, sunning or entertaining, plus a davit which accommodates the dinghy.

Living spaces on the main and lower decks are enhanced by gorgeous burled wood, solid surface countertops, and designer fabrics and accessories. New carpet and carpet covers were installed throughout in the fall of 2007. The integral swim platform, aft deck, bridge deck, steps, walk-arounds and foredeck are all teak.

The large covered aft deck with comfortable seating is a great spot for cocktails or meals while at the dock or at anchor. The aft deck has a large built in U shaped settee, two huge easy chairs and a custom dining table.  On the forward port bulkhead is a built-in docking station, with engine, bow and stern thruster controls. A hand-made aft deck dining table was designed and constructed as part of the major refit in the fall of 2007.   Also, all outside seating was recovered in a Sunbrella “exclusive collection” fabric plus new weather covers were made.

The custom salon has a large L-shaped sofa with a built-in ottoman plus two hassocks to port.? To starboard is beautiful burled cabinetry housing the entertainment equipment plus a 46" LCD TV on a motorized raise and lower mechanism.?All furniture, accessories, carpet and entertainment systems were new in the fall of 2007. There is a curved stairway down to the aft stateroom from the rear of the salon and a curved stairway to the bridge to port forward of the sofa. There is also a watertight door to access the port side deck.?

Forward is the new dry bar to starboard with a World Time LED clock plus lots of glass and bottle storage.? To port is a large sideboard with solid surface top housing two Avanti wine coolers (New in 2007).

The U-shaped galley is located to starboard and aft of the helm station. The galley is extremely functional with full-sized appliances (NEW 2007) finished in stainless steel, generous storage and ample counter space for food preparation.

The lower helm provides comfortable, convenient piloting with a full spectrum of electronics and great visibility.?? A watertight door provides quick access to the starboard side deck.? A U-shaped dining area is to port.? A day head is convenient to the helm and galley.?

Luxury is defined by the elegant bedcovers, headboards (recovered in 2007), burled wood panels, cabinets, dressers and lockers, loveseats (recovered in 2007) and Shoji screens covering the portholes. All bedding and bath towels in the four staterooms and crew cabin were replaced with top quality linens and towels. One of these staterooms is accessed by a private stairway and is located aft; it is full beam and has a settee plus great wardrobe storage.? All are equipped with state of the art entertainment systems (NEW 2007): flat panel TVs, Blue Ray/HD-DVD players, AM/FM/CD players and SAT TV w/receivers. There are cordless satellite telephones (NEW 2007) throughout all staterooms, allowing global calling and ship to shore and cabin to cabin communications.? The three king staterooms have ensuite heads with granite counters and tiles and vacuflush; two have bidets and Jacuzzi tubs and the third has a large shower.? The fourth stateroom has upper and lower bunk beds and adjacent head with stacked washer and dryer and located immediately forward of the engine room. This cabin is ideal for crew or a fourth guest cabin. Crew quarters with head and shower and private access are full forward below the main deck.

The flybridge on this luxurious motor yacht is where you want to be!?The bimini and enclosure covering the bridge forward of the radar arch provides protection from the elements rain or shine. The helm has two Stidd captain's chairs and most of the electronics and controls found on the lower helm are duplicated here. There is also plenty of comfortable seating aft of the helm with the added convenience of a wet bar and grill plus a large flat screen TV.? Further aft of this area is the life raft and a low profile davit that is used to launch your dinghy.? There is also a great outdoors seating group for enjoying the sun, the view and fresh air.?All outside seating was recovered in a Sunbrella ?exclusive collection? fabric plus new weather covers were made.

"DYNASTY" has a full walk around deck with stainless steel railings and teak sole. ?The cap and toe rails are teak.? On the foredeck are two hatches to the crew cabin, a large sun lounge with cushions and trunk storage, port and starboard.? The yacht has a full Euro Transom with port and starboard teak stairways to the swim platform.

The standup engine room is accessed from either the forward or aft stateroom companionways.? Extensive state of the art sound and vibration engineering has been done by Soundown. The engine room is very well lit and all systems are laid out for easy access.?
