Beginning Comments Mark Ellis designed this solidly built; seaworthy cutter for her knowledgeable owners.Capable of extended passage making. ALIZE III has a classic appeal with handsome sweeping lines and a spacious two cabin, two head layout below. On deck ALIZE has a sweeping sheer, a low trunk cabin, a traditional transom and varnished mahogany cap rails over her bulwarks. Her hull deck joint is glass - not molded. Below the waterline Ellis designed a modern underbody with a 6'' fin keel and spade rudder for maximum efficiency and speed.Built by one of Canada''s premier builders, Bruckmann Yachts, ALIZE III is beautifully executed with quality craftsmanship and materials throughout.ALIZE III has primarily been sailed summers in the Great Lakes and is offered due to a change in her owner''s plans. She has been maintained in new condition and is ready for her next adventure. The galley is equipped with Sea Frost cold plate refrigeration with access above or below, a 3 burner Force 10 Propane stove with oven and spacious Corian counters and storage space. Across from the galley is the nav station with a proper size chart table facing forward. The Electric panels are next to the navigators seat, Radar/chartplotter, VHF stereo and tank tender gauges are located here. The aft guest cabin is on the starboard side. It is spacious with a double berth and plenty of foot room to change and maneuver. There is locker storage outboard and above the berth and a large hanging cedar lined locker to starboard. There is a separate wet locker outboard of the shower area.
