| "Never a Doubt" is new to the brokerage market. She has been upgraded and continuously maintained by her knowledgeable owners. Her list of equipment includes a full batten main with Dutchman, furling genoa, cruising spinnaker with sock and complete electronics including an autopilot. Below you will find a comfortable salon, v-berth forward and a centerline queen in the private owner?s cabin aft. Custom fabrics are featured throughout. Starting forward is a private forward stateroom with a large v-berth suitable for two, a head with shower and Corian style counters, a sink to starboard and a cedar lined hanging locker to port. In the main cabin to starboard, there is a u-shaped dinette, which comfortably seats six for dinner. The table drops to make a wide double berth. The galley is to starboard and is equipped with a three burner propane stove with oven, a double stainless sink, microwave oven, a large refrigerator and separate freezer compartment. The counter tops are Corian and there are numerous large lockers for food and equipment storage. The ship's electrical control panel is located at the nav station. Aft of the nav station is the owner's head equipped with shower and Corian counter and sink. Aft of the companionway is a private owner's cabin that utilizes the full beam of the boat. It includes an island style large double bed and numerous drawers and hanging lockers, all cedar lined. Both sleeping cabins have doors and private entrances to their respective heads. All interior teak and ash surfaces are finished with varnish. Ventilation is very good with eight opening ports and nine opening overhead hatches. Storage is plentiful with many opening teak storage lockers and shelves. There are various overhead halogen lights throughout the whole boat providing very good light. Headroom is a minimum of 6?4?. The Catalina 400 has a large well appointed u-shaped galley with more than ample storage. The refrigerator and freezer with Adler/Barbour cold plates are both top loading and frontloading. There is a microwave oven, double stainless steel sinks with H&C pressure water, Corian counters and a three burner gimbaled propane stove with oven and broiler.
