| -- DESCRIPTION -- |
| CABARET is a big, spacious, comfortable center cockpit that covers all the bases important to cruisers and live-aboards -- stout 360-degree cockpit canvas, heavy-duty sails by New England's oldest sailmaker, abundant opening ports and hatches, modern refrigeration and air conditioning, ample tankage, built-in generator power, redundant electronics, and a dinghy with outboard. Throw in a full-length, top-quality Fairclough boat cover for winter storage and you'd be hard pressed to add much more than your own sailing gear before casting off. |

Irwin designed the interior of the Mark III with an eye toward making it as light and airy as possible. The salon boasts seven tempered glass fixed panoramic windows that continue around the front of the coachroof, permitting light to flood the interior. Additionally, the boat has a total of 14 opening ports and six opening hatches throughout the interior space, for superb ventilation. The salon is set up with a full-length settee to starboard and an L-shaped settee to port, either one of which can also be used as extra sleeping berths. The forward cabin affords guests a full-size double berth when the filler cushion is used, as well as a private entrance into the forward day head and and shower. CABARET also gives her owners both a dedicated aft-facing navigation station, located to port of the companionway, and a separate office work area, located in the port passageway opposite the engine room. A big U-shaped galley is just aft of the salon to starboard. The aft owner's stateroom affords standing headroom and a Queen-size master berth. It also has its own private head compartment with separate shower, and a vanity, with a swingout seat.
