| Accommodations |
A beautifully appointed vessel, this boat lends itself to comfort and luxury. There are three cabins, all en-suite, with all the comforts of home. The forward cabin has two berths offset to starboard, with seating to port. There is a locker for storage to starboard as one enters the cabin, and the head and shower are to port. The shower is separate with its own stall and door, and there is a basin and vanity forward of the head and shower. There is storage behind the head as well as under the sink. The cabin has it's own A/C control for the comfort of guests.
Moving aft and down the steps is a second guest state room to starboard. It consists of two berths, one above the other, as well as a vanity desk with lockers for storage. The second stateroom has it's own head and shower, with the head having a separate shower stall.
The main cabin has a centerline queen berth which is against the aft bulkhead. The cabin is voluminous and very comfortable. There is substantial storage throughout the cabin in various lockers and closets, and it has it's own head and shower. There is a hiptub in the shower area, and there are lockers for storage throughout. The sole consists of parquet tiles throughout, and the boat is heated and cooled with four Air Conditioning units. There is a stackable washer and dryer in a closet which can be run either off shorepower or at anchor with the genset running. The aft salon area behind the lower helm station is very comfortable and seats 6 adults. There is a separate seat with a footrest, and the settee can seat five adults. There is a bar and entertainment area facing the aft salon area, with storage in various lockers. There is a Sharp flatscreen TV on top of the cabinet. There is a dining area between the galley and the aft cabin area, with a round table and four chairs. The bulkhead behind the dining area is mirror-lined, enhancing the size and feel of the boat. The well appointed galley is configured for safety and convenience. There are numerous drawers, lockers and cabinets throughout the galley for stowage, as well as a Hotpoint full size refrigerator and freezer. The 3 burner Empress Galley Maid is constructed from Stainless Steel, and there is a steel protective cover over the burners. Above the stove is the Black & Decker Spacemaker coffeemaker, and outboard is the GE microwave. Above both appliances is a storage locker which is currently being used for stowage for drinking glasses. Longitudinally placed between the range and the fridge are the double Stainless Steel sinks. There is also some countertop space forward of the sinks. There are two helm stations on this boat, one below forward of the salon, and one on the fly bridge. The lower helm station is complete in terms of controls and electronics. There is a KVH Azimuth 314 electronic compass, as well as a Ritchie compass. The radar is Furuno, and the GPS is a Garmin 3210 chartplotter. The engine instruments are VDO, and the VHF is a Standard Horizon Spectrum with DSC capability. The Autopilot is a Raymarine 6002, and above that is a Raymarine Tridata. There is a Firebuoy Halon system, and Glendinning synchronizers. "Third Wish" provides all the comforts of home, including four A/C units, refrigeration, microwave, electric range and a washer/dryer. When tied up at a dock the shorepower is brought through 2X50 amp umbilicals, and when at anchor or underway the 12.5 Westerbeke generator provides for all the boats needs. There are 3 batteries onboard. One 8D for each of the engines, and an oversized automotive battery for the generator. The batteries were replaced in September 2008, and the charger is on an automatic timer.

| Deck |
The configuration of the deck lends itself to comfortable cruising and time spent at anchor. The foredeck is large, and the rails ensure that one can move around in safety. The Seawolf electric windlass is mounted at the base of the bowsprit, and has a foot control for ease of use. There is a Stainless Steel swivel between the chain and the 45 lbs CQR. The fenders may be stored on the foredeck in the stainless steel fenderholders. There is a seating area on the foredeck which has a large storage area. Just forward of that is the hatch for the forward cabin. The upper deck has a large seating area, as well as an aft deck. There is one seat at the helm. | Engines |
The owner has meticulously maintained the mechanics on the boat, and has had reliable service as a result. The access to the engine room is through the sole in the dining area, between the galley and the aft cabins. Both engines and the generator are easily accessed. The 12.5 KW Westerbeke generator has a sound shield to dampen any noise. There is an electric oil changing system, and each engine has its own Racor fuel filters. The entire engine room has been soundproofed.
