The Bayliner 3870 Motor Yacht is a very popular diesel cruiser with classic lines and spacious two stateroom interior. The roomy bridge has newer canvas and Eisenglass enclosure, centerline upper helm station with captain's chair. Guest seating wraps around the bridge perimeter with a stainless steel ladder to the cockpit below. The open cockpit has matching canvas awning, room for deck chairs, transom seat with storage locker, transom door, and swim platform with boarding ladder. Wide side decks provide easy access forward. The foredeck features bow pulpit with anchor and windlass. Engine room is accessed by cockpit deck hatches.
The salon features 360 degrees of glass with great views and lots of natural light. Bayliner has a knack of bringing the outdoors into the salon. Port side is a huge convertible dinette that is made for entertaining and dining. When needed it converts to a king size berth. To starboard is an entertainment center aft and lower helm station forward with the galley down. The full galley has three-burner electric range with oven, microwave oven, counter top with stainless steel sink, and refrigerator/freezer. There are two staterooms. The master stateroom is forward with island berth, bulkhead cabinets, hanging locker, and ensuite head with vanity. The guest stateroom is port side under the dinette and has double berth, hanging locker and private door to guest/day head. The head compartment has large mirrored vanity, head, and tub with shower. The accommodation are ample for weekend getaways and extended cruises.
