This Bristol 31.1 has very high quality light teak joinery throughout. Forward is the V-berth cabin that sleeps two comfortably. The head is on the port side immediately aft of the forward cabin and includes a Raritan PH II manual head. The salon has settees port and starboard both of which open out into double berths. The salon table folds up against the forward bulkhead and opens out to allow access from both settees. The galley is starboard and to port and includes a Tasco three burner propane stove with oven and ample storage above and below the countertop. The deep sink has hot and cold pressured water. A 6 gallon Raritan hot water heater operates on either 110 Volt or from the engine through a heat exchanger. The chart table is aft and to port, the refrigerated ice box compartment is immediately aft of the chart table and is accessed through a top opening hatch. Refrigeration is a 12V Adler Barbour system with minimal current draw and the ability to make ice in the freezing compartment. Three Hella fans are permanently installed. Access to the two very large lazarette compartments is from the cockpit. A separate compartment drained directly overboard houses the LP gas tank and the remote operated solenoid shut-off valve.
