| Accommodations |
The Irwin 52 sleeps up to ten in 3 cabins and 2 crew berths. The dinette in the walk-thru to the aft cabin on the port side converts into a large private bunk. The aft cabin features a queen berth. The Irwin has two heads, the owners head includes a bathtub.
The chart table is just left of the companionway in the salon area.
The salon is up and the galley is down to right of the companionway with an island cutting board under the cockpit.

| Mechanical notes from owner |
The Perkins engine hours are 5320, the injectors are new (rebuilts) and installed in December 2005.
It has a new real oil seal, rebuilt transmission, new shaft, all from December 2005.
A new rebuilt exhaust elbow also from 2005.
It has a new impellar now with only 23 hours on it to include the filters and oil along with a brand new alternator.
The Generator is an 8kw Westerbeke the impellar and oil was changed along the same day as the Perkins however there are only 4 hours on the impellar and oil the hours now are 2221.7 runs like a top.
