In 1966 Finland's pre-eminent yacht builder, Nautor, teamed with famed designers, Sparkman & Stephens, to design more than 800 of their first 1000 Nautor Swans in 15 model lines, the 38 being one of their most popular and successful. Built in 1975, Spirit to this day exemplifies that tradition. She has twice crossed the Atlantic and the Pacific oceans;. and true to her pedigree, won the newport to Bermuda Race in 2000. She is offered here to the discerning yachtsman who is in search of such a capable and fast offshore cruising and racing yacht. She has been painstakingly maintained and continually improved by her current owners, as reflected in her machinery, sails and hardware, and her equipment inventory is vast and up to date. Spirit is a true thoroughbred, her style being as graceful as it is timeless.
PLEASE NOTE THAT SPIRIT CARRIES A NEW PRICE, NECESITATED BY MANY SIGNIFICANT UPGRADES SINCE HER ORIGINAL LISTING PRICE WAS SET. SEE LISTING FOR DETAILS ... A FEW OF THESE ARE:
