This trawler is complete, with all the comforts and amenities of larger vessels. The main cabin is aft, and has a comfortable double berth, as well as a single berth. There is a shower and head en-suite. The head is a Vacu-Flush. The aft cabin also has it's own access to the cockpit, as well as to the salon.
The forward cabin consists of a V berth, which has an addition to make the berth a large double. There is also a head and shower en-suite, with an electric head. Both cabins have lights, fixtures, sinks and fittings that one might expect to find on substantially larger and more expensive yachts. The boat is cooled and heated with 2 Cruise-Airre reverse cycle units. The electronics on the boat are functional and will enhance one's safety and enjoyment. There is a VDO Map 7 GPS, Raytheon R10 Raster Scan Radar, Navico Autopilot, Raymarine Ray 53 VHF at the lower helm, STD Horizon Eclipse VHF at upper helm, a Raymarine depth sounder at each helm station, an Interphase GPS Chartplotter at the upper helm station, and a JBL CD player at the upper helm. There is also a remote windlass control at the upper helm station. There are two systems onboard for both dockside and while underway. The A/C current is brought to the boat via an umbilical. The DC system is powered by 4 6 Volt batteries, 1 GRP 27 battery for the generator, and 2 GRP 27 battteries for the engine. The batteries are charged by the Pro sport 20 Plus triple bank battery charger. | Deck/Hull |
The layout of the deck has maximized the space available, giving a cockpit, aft deck, and a walkway on both sides from the bow to the stern. The teak decks have been removed, and the deck has been reinforced and rebuilt, using both marine plywood and fiberglass. The flybridge has a helm station, seating, a free-standing fridge, and chairs. There is also a bimini for protection from the elements.
The cockpit allows access to the seering mechanism, and is large enough for a couple of chairs. There is also a Magma BBQ mounted off the stern. The caprail, swim platform and rails are all teak.The flybridge is accessed from the aft deck via a ladder. The forward deck has a butterfly hatch over the forward cabin, a bowsprit, and a pulpit. The Powerwinch 45 is new, and is mounted just forward of the Sampson post. The primary anchor is a 35 lbs Harbourfast, and there is also a Danforth.
The bottom has just been redone, including some blistering repair. | Engine/Mechanical |
Ford Lehman's have proven to be rugged and reliable engines. Parts are readily available, and the boat is easily moved in even the strongest currents with this engine. The transmission is a velvet drive, and is smooth and durable. The engine is a 1992 model.
The packing has just been replaced with Teflon packing, which ensures that the bilges will stay dry.
The generator is a 1992 6.5 KW Westerbeke, and only has 731 hours. This genset will power both A/C units, as well as most of the other AC systems.

This boat is in above average condition for her age. The exterior brightwork has just been redone, and the current owner has continually maintained and improved the boat.
