| Overview |
The second owner's spent over $300,000 on her.
Her current owners have spent another $60,000 and continue to add more improvements.
She was completely rebuilt in 1999 and completely refurbished in 2006.
Six feet has been added to her length - the engines are in the cockpit area instead of the salon area.
The entire cockpit was added.
The gas engines were changed to diesels.
Both fuel and water tanks were removed and new tanks installed.
The Narcel was added to break on the coming waves, hold the 300' of anchor chain and the oversized windlass.
The catwalks were also installed so that one can walk around her instead of through her. The present owners purchased her a few years ago and really finished her up.
The upper deck canvas and framework is custom - and a work of art.
The new interior was updated throughout.
EVERYTHING you see in the pictures goes with her (Except the teak furniture).
All of the small goods - bedding, towels, silverware etc., are included.
All you need is your toothbrush!
If you are looking for a great cruising vessel that is TRULY ready to go - she is LA MER!

As are all storage cabinets throughout La Mer.
The FULL SIZE appliances include: Dish Washer Microwave Oven 25 cuft Side-by-Side Refrigerator Stove with Oven There are lots of small appliances included also. |
| Other Features |
The Pilothouse offers a great view and very easy access to the foredeck as well as the flybridge.
The only real drawbacks are the Navigation Electronics.
There is only a very old GPS.
Now she has cruised from New Orleans to the Bahamas and throughout the Florida Keys with just that old GPS.
A new chart plotter, say a Garmin with Radar might be the ticket!

| Broker's Remarks |
| La Mer is a work of art.
The past and present owners have spent lots of money on her and she really shows it.
The owner's plans have changed, as sometimes happens.
They are in in any hurry to sell and are working to make her even better as you read this.
The upper helm area is the last on the list.
A new compass is on order, as well as helm seating, which is being replaced with a double seat. The only exclusions are the Owner's Teak Furniture.
EVERYTHING ELSE IS INCLUDED.
