Originally constructed in 1965 by Brodrene Lothe A/S (Norway), the vessel was initially utilized by the Norwegian Government as a buoy tender, and more recently by the Norwegian Coast Guard for patrol duty between Russian and Norwegian waters. Originally constructed to DNV 1-A1-k. Vessel hull is steel, constructed to Ice Class, superstructure is aluminum.
The vessel is currently undergoing a complete yacht conversion at a highly experienced yard with numerous previous successful yacht conversions under the direct supervision of a Marine Engineer and Naval Architect. The entire conversion is to be completed within 12 months.
All surfaces are being taken down to bare metal, it will then be refinished to new condition and finally to yacht quality. All new systems, all new interior layout and finished surfaces will be installed. GRT = 280 tons
